The Unique Filtration System consists of:

  • The high-density outer cotton mask, with a large surface area to prevent hands touching face and an adjustable fitting strap.
  • Spunbond fabric for the protection of the inner fabric layers.
  • Optional Activated Carbon layer: A replaceable carbon filter built with a unique shielding composition (the internal layer is made with 100% activated carbon, developed for chemical and biological applications and emergencies, allowing optimal breathing while filtering out harmful chemicals and gases). Filter fabric, Nonwoven PP MB, ASTM F2102 - By International Standards, are high quality antibacterial filters. EN 14683-1

What Is Activated Carbon?

Activated carbon is a form of carbon which has been processed to have small pores that increase the surface area available for adsorption.  It has a high degree of microporosity, and can effectively filter out 99.88% of viruses, bacteria, pollution, dust, chemicals, particles, pollen and smoke in the environment.

Activated Carbon protection Mask

The activated carbon layer in our mask meets STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® (one of the world's best-known labels for textiles tested for harmful substances) and is certified to be completely free from harmful chemicals and safe for human use.

Instructions for use as a multi-use mask:

  • Washing instructions:
    • The active carbon filter layer must be detached from the cotton mask.
    • The strap and clasp should be detached from the mask;
    • Do not wash the mask with the strap, clasp, or carbon filter;
    • Wash with hot water (approx. 70 degrees C);
    • After washing, reconnect strap and clasp;
    • Mask can be ironed.
